Quirky place, it was clean and had extremely friendly staff who booked us in and called for a porter. Its location was indeed amazing and only 5 minutes walk from Zell am See-Kaprun.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV with English channels and a safe. We especially enjoyed the lovely balcony where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel provided bikes for free, allowing us to explore the area easily. Additionally, the Summercard provided by the hotel gave us access to many activities at discounted rates, which saved us a lot of money. we had a wonderful experience during our stay at Romantikhotel and would highly recommend it.

Although our room was comfortable, it was located in a separate apartment block next to the road, which occasionally caused some noise disruptions. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm, especially during the summer months.

Staff was always cheerful, friendly and very helpful especially with our initial arrival questions about local sports activities, ski rentals, transportation, etc. Spa/Relaxation area with whirlpool, indoor/outdoor pools and sauna was very nice to comeback to after a day of winter sports. Hotel decor was beautiful traditional Austrian style and very pleasant to just to sit and relax in whether in your room, in the lounge, or in the dining area for meals. A thoroughly enjoyable week!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the lake which takes about 3 hours to walk around with spectacular views. It is also conveniently located near the City express and the eastern shores of the lake, accessible by way of a bridge. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a separate living area and all the necessary facilities. the breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of facilities available, such as bikes, for guests to use.

The room we stayed in was located next to a noisy road, making the balcony less appealing and lacking shade or a parasol.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and even served us a delicious hot meal when we arrived late at night. The four-course dinners were always a highlight, with a variety of options to choose from, including traditional Austrian dishes. The opportunity to make packed lunches from the breakfast buffet was a great perk, saving us money on meals throughout the day.

One aspect we didn't particularly like was the lack of a proper shower before leaving. While we were able to use the shower in the SPA area, it felt a bit uncomfortable as it was open and others were present.

We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel in Zell! The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the beautiful old town with easy access to bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options and even proper coffee. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a sofa and fridge for added convenience. We particularly enjoyed the Summercard provided by the hotel, which allowed us to enjoy many activities for free or at a discounted rate. It saved us so much money!

Great location, fantastic service, and impeccable cleanliness were the highlights of our stay. We were given a Summer Card which gave us transportation freedom. The lush gardens and outdoor pool were perfect for a relaxing sunny day.

The evening meals were not the best quality we have had. It is recommended to try the local restaurants instead, although the breakfast was very good and had different options.

Very comfy bed and room was decent size and brand-new. The location was absolutely perfect and wonderful, and we could reach Zeller See Beach by walking.
